Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be pretty easy if you’ve got a shared website hosting plan with us. You can activate this feature through our advanced, albeit simple-to-use Email Manager tool, which is an integral part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the shared hosting account itself. You will find all the mailboxes that you have set up shown alphabetically and on the right side of each one there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly notify you whether a certain mailbox receives all the emails associated with a given domain name or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this feature at any time. If there is activated email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a given domain name, you will get a warning message from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically and without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated without difficulty if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a tiny icon handily situated directly next to each one. With just a click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable the feature through the context menu that will appear. If any of the requirements for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will let you know, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
